Job Summary

We are currently seeking an experienced ICT Officer to manage our organization's technological infrastructure and ensure its efficiency.
The ICT Officer will be responsible for maintaining our systems, providing technical support to employees, implementing new technological solutions, and ensuring the overall reliability and security of our network.

Main Duties
IT Network Support:

Deploy LAN / WAN / SAN and internet related equipment’s
Physical installation of all IT equipment’s in data centres and technical rooms
Configures, updates and backups of all Voice/ LAN/WAN/SAN and internet equipment’s
Completing Service Requests and resolving Incidents received from Service Desk as per Operational Guidelines.

IT Voice Support:

Regularly update the voice directory
Install new phones and update policies on phones
Ensure secure phone communication between regions and subsidiaries
Ensure support contact canter.

Network and Security Monitoring:

Network equipment performance analysis to pro-actively prevent service interruptions
Production of internal Network and Voice performance dashboards and reports
Issuing security alerts when required and implementing necessary shut-downs, rollbacks and workarounds
Initiate Problem and Change management, when required
Escalation of serious security threats or breeches to Infrastructure Management and Service Quality Assurance.
